Kayla Dinh is the CEO of K Fam & Co — but more than that, she is the heart, the vision, and the driving force behind its mission to inspire and create meaningful impact.

Born and raised in Vietnam, Kayla moved to the U.S. at 17, leaving behind childhood dreams of modeling and working in the travel industry. Life took a different turn, and instead of chasing the spotlight, she focused on building a new life in a new country.

After years of part-time jobs and tireless effort, she saved enough to launch her first business. With determination and vision, she built a strong team and spent the next decade building multiple successful businesses —achieving what many call the American Dream.

But for Kayla, success was never just about financial freedom. Deep down, she longed for more — the freedom to travel, reconnect with herself, and rediscover her purpose.

With that in mind, Kayla stepped out of her comfort zone again—joining a pageant and proudly earning the title of Miss Asia USA International ‘25.

Soon after, she made a brave choice: to return to Vietnam after 18 years — not just to visit, but to finally pursue the dream she once left behind.

Today, Kayla and her team are working on their next chapter: K Destinations — a travel and lifestyle company that showcases the beauty, fashion, art, and spirit of Vietnam’s beauty, fashion, art, and spirit with the world, all through her eyes.

Kayla isn’t just a dreamer — she’s a visionary with a rare gift: the power to inspire those around her. She sees possibilities where others see limits, and brings people together to build something greater. She inspires others to believe in themselves, take bold steps, and move forward with purpose and heart.

She’s no longer just chasing success—she’s embracing growth, meaning, and the woman she was always meant to become.

RYAN — The Supporter

Ryan came to the U.S. alone at 19. After years of dedication, he became a network engineer, landing jobs at top tech companies like Google and Apple.

His life changed when he met Kayla—a girl with bold dreams and fearless ideas. After just two years in the beauty industry, she told him, “Quit your job. Let’s take a risk and open a salon with me. If we fail, we’ll go back to where we were. But at least we tried.”

Ryan believed in her—and said yes.

They poured all their savings into opening their first business. With nothing left in the bank, they were broke, under pressure, and knew that failure would mean losing everything they’d worked for through years of part-time jobs and sacrifice.

From that moment on, Ryan became the backbone of many businesses they created. While Kayla dreamed big, Ryan brought structure—handling permits, legal work, paperwork, and the behind-the-scenes work that kept the business running.

For many years, Ryan believed in Kayla’s ideas before she even believed in herself. He stood by her side, encouraging her, trusting her vision, and helping turn every spark of inspiration into something real.

Today, he’s diving into real estate investing, preparing to become a full-time investor and retire once Kayla completes her final wish-list.

He’s not just the partner—he’s the builder, the steady hand, and the quiet force that keeps the entire vision moving forward.

KRIS — The Second Brain

Kris immigrated to the U.S. at 20 with her family. Though she earned a degree in business, she followed her creative side and became a stylist—a path that led her to Kayla.

She was Kayla’s very first salon employee, and it didn’t take long for her to become much more than that.

By the second year, Kris joined as a founding partner. She brought not only talent, but also strategy, vision, and creativity. Known as “the second brain” of the team, Kris always thinking ahead and sparks game-changing ideas.

With a deep understanding of business, economics, and global trends, Kris plays a key role behind the scenes. She is also a feng shui master, having studied for over 15 years. She applies these ancient principles to modern business strategies, helping the team align with purpose and attract success in both business and life.

Kris loves helping entrepreneurs and investors see the bigger picture, trust their instincts, and build with intention. She’s the one who brings depth to every decision—and a touch of magic too.
